Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of MallowBrain ("the app"), a mobile app published by YT Lab ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

The app offers seven cognitive tests (reaction time, memory, focus and others), local record keeping, global rankings and result sharing. No account or sign-in is required.

2. Eligibility

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not for children under 13.

3. Records and rankings

• The nickname shown on rankings is generated randomly by the app and can be changed at any time.
• Scores submitted by illegitimate means (modified builds, automation tools, device clock manipulation) may be removed without notice.
• To have your ranking entry deleted, contact us at the address below.

4. Plus subscription

MallowBrain Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the detailed report card, unlimited history and growth graphs, the full global rankings, and removes ads.

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Paid service starts automatically when the trial ends.
• The amount actually charged depends on your country and currency. The price shown in the app's subscription screen and on the store payment sheet before purchase is authoritative.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews for the same period and price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly; please request them through the relevant store.

6. Advertising

The free tier may show Google AdMob banner ads. On iOS the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission; every feature works the same whether you allow tracking or not. No ads are shown while a Plus subscription is active.

7. Prohibited use

• Reverse engineering, modifying, copying or redistributing the app.
• Attacking the ranking service or generating abnormal load on it.
• Using nicknames that are abusive or offensive to others.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the app — design, graphics, text and code — belongs to us. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer

The app is for entertainment and personal record keeping. It is not a medical device and is not a diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical assessment tool. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for service interruptions, lost records, or malfunctions caused by your device environment.

10. Changes to the service

We may improve or change the app's features. If we discontinue the service we will give notice in the app or on this page.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms; governing law

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court with authority over our place of business.
