Privacy Policy

YT Lab ("we", "the developer") operates the mobile game MallowBrain ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app processes and how.

1. Information we process

The app has no account system or sign-in. It only processes the following:

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any other directly identifying personal information. The nickname is a random alias, not your real name — you can change it anytime in the Profile tab. The random device identifier is not the advertising identifier (IDFA) and is never used to track you across other apps or services. Country/region is a country code (e.g., US) inferred from device settings; we never collect GPS or precise location.

2. Storage

Ranking entries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, region: Seoul, South Korea, asia-northeast3).
On-device data (records, settings, the random identifier, subscription state) stays on your device.
Ranking data is kept while the service operates and deleted promptly upon request.

3. Advertising

The free tier may show Google AdMob banner ads.

On iOS the app requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. All features work identically whether you allow or deny. If you deny, ads are non-personalized.
To serve ads, Google may process the advertising identifier, coarse location (IP-based), and device information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Plus subscribers see no ads.

4. Payments

Plus subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. We never collect or store payment details. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Third parties

We do not sell or share your information. Data goes only to Firebase (storage) and AdMob (ad serving) as described above.

6. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your rights & contact

To request deletion of your ranking entry or ask anything about this policy, contact us. We will respond promptly.

8. Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page; significant changes will also be announced in the app.
