YT Lab ("the developer") makes the mobile game Football Career Sim: Be a Pro ("the app").
The app has no accounts. What leaves your device is advertising, and the career record you put on the global ranking - both are set out below.
1. What is processed
There is no sign-up. The app does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts or location. Only the following is processed.

Careers and the shelf are stored on your device. When a career ends, what section 7 lists is sent to the ranking server; turn off "Take part in rankings" on the home screen and nothing further is sent. A player name you typed yourself is sent only if you separately agree to publish it.
There is no analytics SDK and no crash reporting in this app.
2. Storage
- Everything is kept in on-device storage (shared_preferences) and is removed when you delete the app.
- With the ranking switched off, nothing reaches a server of ours. Section 7 covers how long an entered career is kept and how to have it deleted.
3. Advertising
- Ads are a bottom banner and one at the end of a career. Nothing between seasons, and nothing on top of a screen where you are choosing.
- Google AdMob may process the advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads. See the
Google Privacy Policy.
- On iOS, personalised or non-personalised ads follow your App Tracking Transparency choice. In Europe a consent form is shown first.
- Buying "Remove ads" stops ads being shown.
4. Payments
- In-app purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play. The developer never receives card or other financial details.
- Two products are sold - remove ads and the position pack - both one-off, non-consumable purchases.
- Purchases can be recovered with "Restore purchases" in the app.
5. Sharing
The developer does not sell user data and shares nothing beyond the processing described above (AdMob, app-store billing, and the Cloudflare processing the ranking uses), except where required by law.
6. Your choices
- Deleting the app deletes everything stored on the device.
- Anything you entered into the ranking can be deleted on request - see section 7.
- The advertising identifier can be reset or limited in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Ads).
7. Global ranking
The app offers a global ranking. When a career ends, the following is sent to our ranking server. You can switch this off at any time with the "Take part in rankings" switch on the app's home screen; once off, nothing further is sent.
- The player's name (up to 16 characters). The game generates one to suit the chosen nationality. A name you typed yourself is sent only if you separately agree to publish it; if you decline, that career is not added to the ranking
- Your career's play record (position, club, per-season appearances, goals, assists, and rating, national-team caps, retirement age, peak rating, earnings, and similar in-game stats)
- An anonymous id (uid) issued by our service - not a device or advertising identifier, and it changes if you delete and reinstall the app
Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, and email addresses are not sent by this feature.
- Retention - the information above is kept indefinitely, until a deletion request is made.
- Deletion requests - send the id shown at the bottom of the ranking card on the home screen to the contact address below, and we will delete every record that id created on our server: its submitted careers, the reports it filed, the reports filed against its own careers, and any player it blocked. The one thing this does not delete: if another player blocked this id, that block is their own setting, not this id's data, and it stays in place.
- Where this is processed - the information above is processed and stored on Cloudflare (Workers and D1), and is not shared with any other third party for this purpose.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
9. About the names in the game
Every league, club, player and manager name in the app is invented and is not connected to any real organisation or person.
